Peppermint Loose Leaf Tea
Consisting of only the finest peppermint leaves, peppermint tea is a vibrant yet soothing tea. Known for its menthol benefits, the minty smell serves as an aromatherapy by boosting mood. Directions: Pour 8 ounces of hot water over 1 tsp of loose tea. Allow to steep for up to 5 minutes, strain and serve. Add a natural sweetener if desired.
