Can Monette Naturals products cure any skin issues?
We do not make any medical claims.   Our goal is to offer quality products for  your convenience, focusing on the very best ingredients with vitamins and minerals for smooth and soft skin.   Any other benefits from the use of our products are a plus and we hope that you share those experiences with us.  Please consult your Doctor with any skin issues.  We also recommend discontinue use if you experience any irritation from our products.

Do you have a nut free process?

We do not have a guaranteed nut-free process, although we work hard not to cross contaminate any products. 

Returns

What is your return policy?
For safety reasons, you may not return or exchange merchandise.  All Sales are final.  You have up to 30 days to report a shipping issue.  Thank You in Advance for your understanding. 

Shipping

How long is shipping?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking details are automatically sent via email.

Are products being manufactured safely?  
All product manufacturing is being done with gloves, face masks and sanitized jackets.  In addition, we follow all recommendations by the CDC.  Please visit the UPS or USPS sites to review safety statements on package handling.   

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping is paid by the customer and is automatically calculated in the online shopping cart. During special promotions, we offer free shipping after a certain amount.  See top bar on home page for shipping specials.
